by | Aug 13, 2019

We have once again agreed with one of the leading global banks to carry out a new labor inclusion project for people with autism / Asperger’s in Buenos Aires next September.

In this case, the project will consist of 5 weeks of training and assessment of competencies, preceded by 1 week where the selection of the candidates that best fit the needs of this large financial institution will be made.

To learn more about the positions to be filled and the necessary requirements to participate, we invite you to consult the attached document “Job Opportunities”.

The estimated dates for the project are:

  • Reception of applications until August 23rd.
  • Internal evaluation of candidatures between August 23rd and 27th.
  • Communication of the status of your candidacy between August 28th and 30th.
  • In case your application is shortlisted, you will be summoned for an interview and a practical test during the 1st or 2nd week of September.
  • 3rd Week of September until the end of October – training course.

Once the training course has finished, the financial institution plans to hire 6 people. The type of contract, the conditions and the start of the contract will be defined and communicated later.

The training course, which implies a high possibility of a professional opportunity, will have no cost for the students, and by itself already represents a magnificent opportunity to improve job skills.

If you are over 18 years old, meet these requirements and are motivated to work in one of the most recognized companies in the world, and you want to submit your application, you must send the following documents to [email protected]:

  • Diagnostic report.
  • Updated curriculum.
  • Completed application form.

Specialisterne, born in 2004 in Denmark, already has a presence or has carried out projects in 20 countries around the world. In some cases, we start in a country with a specific training and job inclusion program for one of our global clients as a first step that will lead us, later on, to have a permanent presence.

This is the case of Argentina, where the first project was carried out in Buenos Aires, in October and November 2016 for SAP (the world’s leading company in business management software -ERP- and the third largest software company in the world). SAP is also a global partner of Specialisterne, and has already hired more than 130 people trained by Specialisterne. In the fall of 2017 we did a second project for SAP, equally successful. (See, among others, the news published in La Nación).

In parallel, we have carried out a complete feasibility study to see how to structure a future permanent Specialisterne office in Buenos Aires, and we are actively working on making it a reality very soon.

At the same time, we continue to talk to some of our global clients to get new projects.
